With extensive hands-on experience working with dogs, she’s developed invaluable skills in reading canine body language, implementing effective grooming practices, and creating a calm, communicative environment for pets and their people. Before joining Pawlish Up Dog Grooming, Nina co-owned and helped operate a successful grooming salon in Maryland—a pivotal chapter in her career. It provided her the hands-on experience that sharpened her grooming expertise to what it is today. Nina is especially known for her gentle handling techniques and her compassionate approach, particularly when working with dogs who experience fear or anxiety around grooming. She’s also highly praised for her exceptional customer service and creative problem-solving—skills that shine through in every grooming session.
